For locations listed as Deactivated, please refer to MountainWest Pipeline LLC (MWP) FERC Gas Tariff, Sec 10.9.
MountainWest Pipeline LLC reserves the right to reject any request for firm capacity with a begin date more than three (3) months in the future.
Certain capacity on the Unsubscribed Capacity report may be acquired beyond the end date listed. Acceptance of requests for a term extending beyond the end date listed Certain capacity on the Available Capacity Map Path Listing report may be acquired beyond the end date listed. Acceptance of requests for a term extending beyond the end date listed shall be at MountainWest Pipeline LLC's sole discretion.
The Available Capacity Map Path Listing report indicates receipt and delivery points requiring the use of third party facilities (MWOP and WRH). In addition to the stated T-1 rate, fuel charges and surcharges, the off-system capacity incremental monthly reservation surcharge is:
- $0.60833 per Dth for month for use on MWOP
- $0.31183 per Dth for month for use on WRH
