BINDING OPEN SEASON: MWOP FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

MountainWest Overthrust Pipeline, LLC (MWOP) is conducting a binding open season soliciting market support to provide a total of 64,000 Dth/d of Firm Transportation (FT) service consisting of capacity from the following receipt and delivery points:
• Up to 32,569 Dth/d from the Opal Processing Plant (MAP# 10025) to a to-be-constructed lateral and Green River West Tap (MAP# TBD)
• Up to 31,431 Dth/d from the Pioneer Processing Plant (MAP# 10026) to a to-be-constructed lateral and Green River West Tap (MAP# TBD)

The reservation charge is available as a recourse rate or negotiated rate, and is exclusive of charges for lost, gained, or unaccounted-for gas, gas used, or Annual Charge Adjustment. Shippers offering to take service under a negotiated rate should select the negotiated rate option on the Binding Bid Sheet. MWOP requires a minimum ten-year contract term. It is currently anticipated that this additional capacity would be available by August 1, 2027.
The open season will begin at 9:00 AM MDT on Tuesday September 9, 2025, and will end at 1:00 PM MDT on Tuesday September 16, 2025.
