MWOP PROPOSED POSTAGE STAMP FILING

In accordance with the April 28, 2023 Stipulation and Settlement Agreement approved by the Commission in Docket Nos. RP22-1118-000 and RP23-724-000, MountainWest Overthrust Pipeline (MWOP) agreed to convene meetings with shippers related to a change to the fuel rate construct from a matrix-based fuel rate to a postage stamp fuel rate. MWOP previously shared materials regarding a potential postage stamp fuel rate at the MountainWest Pipeline Customer Meeting in March 2025 (https://www.mwpipe.com/PdfViewer/MWOP/2025_MWP_NWP_Customer_Meeting).

MWOP will hold a conference call on July 21, 2025, at 11 am MCT to introduce the proposed fuel rate changes and receive shipper input. Presentation materials and redlined tariff sheets are available now on the MWOP website at Informational Postings > Other > MWOP Proposed Postage Stamp Filing.
MWOP is seeking comments to determine if there is sufficient support for the change prior to an anticipated July 31, 2025 FERC tariff filing.
