Terms / Notes
Shipper must deliver its gas at the WIC to Overthrust MAP No. 10013 receipt point into Overthrust above the prevailing operating pressure at MAP No. 10013 up to 960 psig. To the extent that Shipper delivers its gas to MAP No. 10013 at less than Overthrust's prevailing pressure below 960 psig, Overthrust shall only be obligated to deliver gas to the Hams Fork MAP No. 10017 delivery point on a best efforts basis.
