BID PROCESS - FIRM TRANSPORTATION

MountainWest Pipeline (MWP) is conducting a Bid Process for 47,000 Dth/d of Firm Transportation Service (T-1) capacity that will become available on 1/1/2027. The Bid Process shall be held pursuant to Section 5.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of MWP’s FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff) and is subject to a Prearranged bid, with the Pre-Arranged Shipper having a one-time right to match the bid, per Section 5.5 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Tariff. Due to the rights of the Prearranged Shipper having a right to match the best bid, pro rata or lesser quantities will not be accepted. Sufficient credit in accordance with MWP’s Tariff must be established with MWP in accordance with submitting a bid.

Rate: minimum of $5.28804/Dth/month

*Receipt Point 449 OPAL TO JL95 requires the use of third-party facilities. In addition to the stated T-1 rate, capacity may be subject to the off-system capacity reservation surcharge of up to $1.505/Dth/Month, subject to MWP’s discretion. Prospective bidders should take into account this off-system charge.

The bid will begin at 9:00 AM (CCT) on October 9, 2026 and will conclude at 1:00 PM (CCT) on October 14, 2026. Bids will be evaluated for highest economic value. Bids must include the following:
