OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER IMBALANCE RESTRICTION AND CLAY BASIN RESERVOIR TEST REMINDER

Due to the Clay Basin Reservoir Test scheduled for October 3 through October 14, 2026, MountainWest Pipeline (MWP) will be unable to inject or withdraw from its Clay Basin balancing account. As a result, MWP will not be able to accept any imbalance payback nominations to or from the pipeline beginning Gas Days October 3, Timely cycle through October 14 2026. During this period MWP is also requiring shippers and point operators align nominated and actual volumes. This operational flow order is consistent with MWP’s FERC Gas Tariff General Terms and Conditions Section 12.1.

Below is a reminder of the dates and restrictions associated with the Clay Basin Reservoir test:

• September 15 MWP issued Operational Flow Orders to all FSS customers indicating their required injection volumes.
• October 3 through October 5: Reservoir conditioning begins. No withdrawals allowed.
• October 6: The reservoir will be conditioned at a constant injection rate of 78,750 Dth for 24 hours.
• October 7: Reservoir test at a constant injection rate of 105,000 Dth for 24 hours.
• October 8 through October 14: Field shut in. Only in-place transfer nominations will be processed.
• October 15: Field returns to normal at 8:00 AM.
