OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE: CLAY BASIN STIPULATION IN-KIND NATURAL GAS

MountainWest Pipeline, LLC (MWP) announces the sale of 310,000 Dth of gas received from its Clay Basin Shippers under the Clay Basin Stipulation agreement. Binding bids are due 10:00 a.m. MCT Tuesday August 11, 2026, via email to: Justin.Rutherford@Williams.com, Bradley.J.Dillon@Williams.com.

Please note that MountainWest has added value in a new delivery option. The gas will now be available for delivery in minimum daily increments of 1,000 Dth/d up to maximum daily increments of 10,000 Dth/d at Clay Basin QPC WD (MAP 66) from December 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Bidders must specify the daily quantity in their bid and the term is fixed at December 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The daily quantity made available at MAP 66 shall not exceed the awarded amount and bidder shall be responsible for transportation and scheduling of any awarded quantity from MAP 66. Alternatively, delivery will also be made available within the Clay Basin storage reservoir as an in-place transfer into a FSS or ISS storage account. Bidder is responsible for arranging for transfer of any remaining quantity by December 31, 2026.

Bids will be evaluated and ranked based on the highest fixed price ($/Dth) offered. Gas will be awarded beginning with the highest-priced bid and proceeding in descending price order until all available quantities have been allocated. Bidding is open to all interested buyers willing to enter into a NAESB agreement and follow the Terms & Conditions for Sale of In-Kind Natural Gas Procedures located on MWP’s web site under Informational Postings, Other, Storage.
