FORCE MAJEURE - CLAY BASIN INJECTION CAPACITY
MountainWest Pipeline, LLC (MWP) is issuing notice of a new operational issue impacting the maximum injection rate at the Clay Basin Storage Facility due to an unexpected and uncontrollable equipment issue involving Compressor 4.
This necessary measure cannot be prevented and requires an immediate reduction. Beginning Gas Day 5/9/2026, cycle ID1, the injection capacity at Clay Basin will be 225,000 Dth/d plus 25,000 Dth/d Park and Loan, for a total of 250,000 Dth/d injection.
