OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE: CLAY BASIN STIPULATION IN-KIND NATURAL GAS
MountainWest Pipeline, LLC (MWP) announces the sale of 675,000 Dth of gas received from its Clay Basin Shippers under the Clay Basin Stipulation agreement. Binding bids are due 10:00 a.m. MCT Thursday April 30, 2026, via email to Justin.Rutherford@williams.com.
The gas will be available for delivery no earlier than January 1, 2027, and no later than January 31, 2027. Delivery of the gas will be made within the Clay Basin storage reservoir as an in-place transfer into the buyer’s FSS or ISS storage account.
Bidding is open to all interested buyers willing to enter into the NAESB agreement and follow the Terms and Conditions for MWP Purchases and Sales of Natural Gas located on MWP’s website under Informational Postings, Other, Storage.
