REQUEST FOR PREARRANGED BID

MountainWest Pipeline LLC (MWP) has received an amendment request for service under Rate Schedule T-1 utilizing the following:

• 1,309 Dth/d of firm transportation service capacity
• Term: April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026
• Rate: $1.52100/Dth/Month
• Receipt Point: MAP 302 CO2 PLT OUTLET
• Delivery Point: MAP 336 KERN RIVER - GOSHEN

Pursuant to Section 5.3(c) the MWP FERC Gas Tariff, “any Request to amend a service agreement pursuant to § 5.6 may be treated as a Request for prearranged service pursuant to § 5.5.” As a result, this capacity request is being treated as a request for prearranged service and, therefore, subject to a bid process.

The bid process will begin at 9:00 AM (CT) on Friday, March 27, 2026 and will conclude at 1:00 PM (CT) on Friday, March 27, 2026. MWP is requesting that creditworthy shippers interested in this firm transportation service capacity submit a one-time, best bid via email to Justin Rutherford at justin.rutherford@williams.com. by no later than March 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM (CT). Bids will be evaluated using NPV.

Bids must include the following:

• Receipt Point(s)
• Delivery Point
• Volume Requested: up to 1,309 Dth
• Rate: up to the MWP T-1 Maximum Tariff Rate ($5.28804/Dth/Month)
• Term: April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026
• Whether Bidding Shipper will accept a pro rata allocation of capacity

In accordance with Part 1, Section 5.5, If a bid received in the Bid Process provides a higher economic value than the Request for prearranged service, Transporter will provide the Prearranged Shipper a one-time right, within one (1) Business Day, to match the bid. If the Prearranged Shipper elects to match the higher bid, Transporter will award service to the Prearranged Shipper. If the Prearranged Shipper does not match the higher bid, Transporter will award the capacity in accordance with § 5.4(g).
