CLAY BASIN CAPACITIES AND OFO RESTRICTIONS

At the conclusion of the Clay Basin test beginning gas day April 8, 2026, injection capacity will be 275,000 Dth/d plus 25,000 Dth/d Park and Loan for a total of 300,000 Dth/d. Withdrawal capacity will be 650,000 Dth/d.

Also, effective gas day April 8, 2026, MountainWest Pipeline will lift the current OFO restriction and allow payback to and from the pipeline.
