CLAY BASIN CAPACITIES-OFO

Beginning Gas Day December 2 , 2025, Timely cycle:

MountainWest Pipeline(MWP) will lift its current OFO restricting imbalance payback to pipeline and begin accepting payback nominations.

Clay Basin injection capacity will be 100,000 Dth/d.

Clay Basin withdrawal capacity will remain at 600,000 Dth/d.

MWP would also like to note a change for future Clay Basin Capacity EBB notices. Customers are now encouraged to go to the following website to track all capacity changes at Clay Basin. All Clay Basin capacity changes will be posted at this website going forward:
