NOTICE OF ACA RATE CHANGE

As a customer service, MountainWest is notifying its Shippers that the ACA rate
will change from $0.0014/Dth to $0.0015/Dth effective October 1, 2025. This increase will be applicable to MountainWest Pipeline, LLC, MountainWest Overthrust Pipeline, LLC, and White River Hub, LLC.
