OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE: CLAY BASIN STIPULATION IN-KIND NATURAL GAS

MountainWest Pipeline, LLC (MWP) announces the sale of 60,000 Dth of gas received from its Clay Basin Shippers under the Clay Basin Stipulation agreement. Binding bids are due 10:00 a.m. MCT Tuesday, July 2, 2024, via email to:

The gas will be available for delivery no earlier than July 8, 2024, and no later than July 31, 2024. Delivery of the gas will be made within the Clay Basin storage reservoir as an in-place transfer into the buyer’s FSS storage account.

Bidding is open to all interested buyers willing to enter into the NAESB agreement and follow the Sale of In-Kind Natural Gas Procedures located on MWP’s web site under Informational Postings, Other, Storage.
