Terms / Notes
Shipper may inject up to 5,000(DTH) per day for September 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026 with injections totaling 150,000(DTH). Shipper will withdraw gas from Shipper’s PAL1 account or pursuant to Part 4, Section 20.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of MWP’s tariff, Shipper may elect to transfer gas from Shipper's PAL1 account to Shipper's Clay Basin storage account(s), in accordance with the following schedule: withdrawals or transfers totaling 150,000(DTH) from Shipper’s PAL1 account to a FSS or ISS account starting on February 1, 2027 and continuing through and no later than February 28, 2027.
