Terms / Notes
Shipper may inject up to 25,000(DTH) per day or pursuant to Part 4, Section 20.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of MWP’s tariff, Shipper may elect to transfer from Shipper’s Clay Basin storage account(s) for April 10, 2026 through April 30, 2026 with injections totaling 525,000(DTH). Shipper will withdraw gas from Shipper’s PAL1 account or pursuant to Part 4, Section 20.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of MWP’s tariff, Shipper may elect to transfer gas from Shipper's PAL1 account to Shipper's Clay Basin storage account(s), in accordance with the following schedule: withdrawals or transfers totaling 525,000(DTH) from Shipper’s PAL1 account to a FSS or ISS account starting on August 1, 2026 and continuing through and no later than August 31, 2026.
