Shipper will withdraw gas from Shipper’s PAL1 account or pursuant to Part 4, Section 20.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of MWP’s tariff, Shipper may elect to transfer gas from Shipper's PAL1 account to Shipper's Clay Basin storage account(s), in accordance with the following schedule: withdrawals or transfers totaling 1,000,000 Dth from Shipper’s PAL1 account to a FSS or ISS account starting on July 2, 2026 and continuing through and no later than September 30, 2026. Shipper may inject up to 25,000 (DTH) per day using the PAL1 Compressor from May 1, 2027 through June 30, 2027. Shipper may inject without using the PAL1 Compressor from April 1, 2027 through April 30, 2027, or pursuant to Part 4, Section 20.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of MWP’s tariff, Shipper may elect to transfer from Shipper’s Clay Basin storage account(s), from April 1, 2027 through June 30, 2027 with injections and Transfers totaling 1,000,000 Dth.
